Sauna Sessions

Guests are invited to enjoy the experience of a wood-heated sauna at The Hub. Red Hot Sauna has transformed an iconic fire truck into a mobile sauna that blends American history with Nordic ritual. Stripped of its original fittings and rebuilt with craftsmanship, the truck now holds a cedar interior and wood-burning stove, recreating the atmosphere of a traditional sauna.

In Baltic and Nordic culture, saunas have long been more than a place to bathe—they served as kitchens, clinics, temples, and communal shelters open to both friends and strangers. Today, sauna bathing is also recognized as a form of whole-body thermotherapy, easing pain and supporting well-being.

Sessions will take place at scheduled times and must be booked for $45 in advance. Tickets will be available soon here. Each session will have only eight guests.
